We are a formal partnership of Stillness Infant School and Stillness Junior Schools working in collaboration under a single Governing Board. By bringing together our shared experience and expertise we aim to provide exceptional educational opportunities for all the children in our school community. 

We take great pride in our nurturing environments and our shared commitment to high expectations for every child. Across the Federation, our curriculum is broad, balanced and enriched with a wide range of additional opportunities designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.

Structures and processes are aligned with the shared values across the Federation and enable staff to share expertise, resources and facilities while ensuring that each school retains its unique character, ethos and identity. We recognise the distinct benefits of our dedicated infant and junior settings, with separate leadership teams . Each leadership team recognises the importance of ensuring a smooth and effective transition between the two phases, offering opportunities for children and families to become familiar with the transition to junior school. 

Our federated Governing Body provides strategic oversight, enabling a consistent and rigorous approach to education from Nursery through to Key Stage 2 that seeks to impact on raising standards for all. Working in partnership with staff across the Federation, Governors both support and challenge school leaders, holding them to account for their decisions and school practice. They actively seek opportunities to strengthen collaboration and further enhance the experience of families as their children move through both schools.
